Retro looks are back in style in the fashion and beauty industry. Currently, the black and white (color block ) trend is one of the most populars. I'm sure you have seen it all over the place. Rimmel London, a drugstore brand that I'm sure you are already familiar with, has embraced this new trend by releasing their Scandal Eyes Collection, which is perfect to create a Glam Monochrome Mod eye look, like the one above. Let me tell you, that look is not easy to recreate, it will take you many tries to get it right. I'm still trying to get it 60s approved. But, the items released in this collection will definitely help you stay on trend. Their Scandal Eyes Retro Glam Mascara has a retro looking packaging and it is design to give you a bold, wide-eyed look, like the one that women used in the 60s.
Rimmel London is a well-known drugstore brand that can be found at your local stores; like Walmart, CVS, Target and many other stores. Before trying out their new Scandal Eyes line, I had already tried their Show Off Lip glosses, which are very rich in color, they are smooth, hydrating and have excellent color payoff. I had also purchased their face primer, and their 25 Hour Foundation, which I have been using alternatively for a couple of years now. The foundation gives great coverages and it has great staying power. It is definitely one of my favorites.
From this new Scandal Eyes collection, I fell in love with their Scandal Eyes Eyeshadow Paint because they have great staying power, they do not crease, they have great color payoff, and they are easy to apply. As mentioned in the video, I don't even need brushes when I use these Eyeshadow Paints. Look number two of this tutorial, which is extremely basic, is what I use on a day to day basis.
So, whether you are bold enough to wear a Retro Glam Look like the Monochrome Mod, or if you like to do the basic eye, the Scandal Eyes products are a great complement to your makeup collection.

Su mascara de pestañas Scandal Eyes Retro Glam esta diseñada para hacer que tus ojos se vean mas despiertos y abiertos.
Rimmel London es una marca super económica que puedes encontrar en muchas de tus tiendas locales como Walmart, CVS, Target y muchos lugares mas. Antes de probar su nueva linea Scandal Eyes, ya había probado sus glosses, su pre base de maquillaje, y su maquillaje de 25 horas, el cual llevo usando alternativamente con otras bases de maquillaje por años y la cual es una de mis favoritas.
De esta nueva colección me encantaron las sombras Scandal Eyes Eyeshadow Paint por que se quedan muy bien en el párpado y me sirven para el día a día. Me gusta que, como mencione en el video, no tengo que usar brochas de maquillaje. En los días que voy tarde al trabajo, solo me hago el look numero dos del tutorial y listo!
