A couple of months ago I shared with you the news that Cover Girl was pairing-up with Lionsgate to create the Capitol Collection (read the news here), a collection inspired by the new Hunger Games: Catching Fire film. The collection will have a total of twelve looks, each inspired by a different district. As of now, Cover Girl has only unveiled three of the twelve looks, which you can enjoy below.
