Tener una mascota en nuestra vida puede ser  una de las experiencias mas bellas. Ellas nos dan amor y nos hacen feliz PERO no todo es miel sobre hojuelas... Muchos de nosotros hemos pasado sustos y preocupaciones, ya que tener una mascota significa que la vida de otro ser vivo esta en nuestras manos. El día de hoy les quiero compartir algunos tips que he aprendido a lo largo de estos 9 años junto a la Vikinga.

La Historia de Mi Cabello + Tips Para Esas Que Odian Peinarse

Hubo un tiempo en mi vida done no soportaba ver un peine o cepillo. Para mi ver ese object redondo (o en algunos casos rectangular) era equivalente a dolor. Cuando era pequeña mi pelo se enredaba mucho y mi mama tania que correr tras de mi para poder peinarme. Todas las mañanas tania que aguantar los jalones provocados por los nudos y esa experiencia hizo que empezara a odiar hacerme cualquier cosa en el pelo. Debo agregar que tambien tengo UN BUEN!

Ahora, ya siendo mayor, he aprendido que el cepillar el cabello por las noches antes de dormir ayuda a prevenir que se enrede mucho por las mañanas. Después de muchos años de tener una relación de amor y odio con mi cabello (mas de odio que de amor) ahora puedo felizmente decir que estamos empezando a hacer las pases.

On a recent article I spoke to you about the importance of taking care of our skin and removing our makeup every night; however, I'm sure that, like me, many of you still have some issues removing your mascara. I have sensitive eyes, and even though I have a couple of products that work well to remove mascara, all of them still leave some residue behind, which results in the the famous, but non-fashionable, raccoon eyes.

3 Tips Para Cuidar Nuestra Cara || 3 Skincare Tips

¿Cuantas de nosotras escuchamos a nuestras abuelitas o madres decirnos que la mejor forma de cuidar nuestra piel era desmaquillandonos muy bien todas las noches? Cuantas de nosotras lo hicimos? Yo tengo que admitir que cuando empece a maquillarme trataba de quitarme el maquillaje muy bien al llegar a casa pero, como muchas de nosotras, después de un día de reventón, o un día largo de trabajo y/o de escuela, llegaba exhausta a casa y directamente a mi camita. La verdad, lo ultimo que pasaba por mi mente era desmaquillarme, o el cuidado de mi piel en general.

Ahora que tengo mas de 25 y menos de 30, uno de mis enfoques es cuidar mi piel. Nunca es muy tarde, o muy temprano, para empezar a cambiar esos malos hábitos de dormirse con maquillaje. Creanme que cuando empece a desmaquillarme todos los días, note una gran diferencia en la textura y en la salud de mi piel.

Por esa razón, el día de hoy quiero inspirarlas a que ustedes también creen rutinas que beneficien a su piel. Espero que estos tres tips les ayuden a empezar o continuar con sus rutinas de cuidado facial diarias.

Let's talk about shopping for jeans! Apple shaped women, like myself, carry the majority of their weight in the mid area. This can be a bit very frustrating because when you find a pair of jeans that fit well in the mid area, sometimes they do not fit well on the legs, or the back, or it may be too long. I know how frustrating it can be; therefore, I wanted to share 5 tips that I have learned along the way, and that I think will help you on your next shopping spree!

Tip #1: Do not get frustrated!

Wether you are apple shaped or not, this is one of the main problems of many women. We tend to get frustrated when we cannot find a right fit. Our frustration leads us to believe that we will NEVER find anything that will work out. I've been there many times, and I know that feeling; however, I have found that we just need to be patient. It may take several trips to the store to actually find a pair that works, but you will! Trust me!

Tip #2: Stretch is your best friend

For me, stretch has been my best friend. Pants that do not have a stretchy waistband either give me a muffin top, or are too loose on the thigh area, so try to find jeans that have a little stretch on the waistband so that you have a great fit all around.

Taking my car to get serviced is one of the things I dread the most. Sitting in a boring waiting area is just not my thing, I feel like I'm wasting time and I know you feel the same way. If you follow me on my Spanish daily vlog channel, then you might remember the day I went to a dealership and I spent more than 5 HOURS to get an oil change! I promised never to return. This past weekend, I found an excellent way to survive an oil change and without spending a million dollars! 

This time I went to Walmart's Automotive Care Center to get an oil change. Disclosure, I know nothing about cars; however, the associate that greeted me explained to me how to check the oil in my car and gave me all the information I needed to decide which oil service was best for my car. I choose the "High Milage Vehicle" service. This oil is recommended for cars with over 75,000 miles. It helps reduce leaks and oil consumption.
